Rum Bubble

  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 6 Tablespoon
  Rum 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Bourbon 2 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2
  Whipped cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, rum, bourbon, and stir until sugar has dissolved.
When mixture begins to thicken, beat until foamy.
Fold in egg whites and cream, two tablespoons at a time.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour in greased ring mold, and chill for several hours.
Fill center, and decorate edge of serving dish with strawberries, or cover with almonds and coconut.
