Snowball Sundae With Rum Pineapple

Ingredients
  Papaya pineapple jam 14 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Vanilla ice cream scoop 4
  Shredded coconut 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Dark rum 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Simmer jam in saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Cool and add rum.
Roll ice cream balls in coconut, serve topped with rum pineapple sauce.
Top with chopped Hawaiian maca-damia nuts if desired.
