|Black coffee||6 Ounce|
|Dark rum||2 Ounce|
|Whipped heavy cream||1 Tablespoon (Loosely Whipped)|
Boil the coffee, sugar, and rum together in a small copper pot for about 1 minute.
Pour liquid in an Irish Coffee glass, then crown the drink with the cream.
