Frosted Fruit Puree With Rum Sauce

This Frosted Fruit Puree with Rum Sauce makes an excellent dessert or dessert topping. I use it as both ! It tastes terrific on ice cream, milk shakes etc. or have it as it is . Do try this Frosted Fruit Puree for a finger licking experience. Tell me if you've liked it !
Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Ripe apricots 3 , pitted and diced
  Plums 2 Medium, pitted and diced
  Peach 1 Medium, pitted and diced
  Artificial sweetener 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Equal To 0.5 Cup Sugar)
  Dietetic carbonated beverage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cherry Flavored)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Strawberry extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rum extract 2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine fruits, half of sweetener, beverage, vanilla and strawberry extracts in blender, and puree.
Pour 1/4 of mixture into each of 4 dessert dishes.
Chill in freezer for 40-50 minutes or until mixture is half frozen, thick but mushy.
To make "Rum" Sauce, combine remaining ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Serve at once evenly divided over each portion of fruit puree.
