Paprika Barbecue Rub

Dry rubs are a great way to enhance any grilled or baked food! Here’s a delicious and easy one that goes wonderfully on pork, beef and chicken. Simply rub it on the meat, let it marinate for a couple hours (or at least 30 minutes) and cook!
Ingredients
  Garlic salt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Black pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients.

SERVING
2. Use to marinade beef, pork or chicken or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
