Dry Spice Rub Grill
|Peppercorn melange||1 Tablespoon (Black, White, Green And Pink)|
|Yellow mustard seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole coriander seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Beef t bone/Sirloin steak||2 Pound|
|Steak sauce||3 Tablespoon|
In food processor or spice grinder, combine peppercorns, mustard seed and coriander seed; process until coarsely crushed.
Stir in brown sugar and garlic.
Brush both sides of steak with steak sauce; sprinkle each side with spice mixture, pressing firmly into steak.
Grill steak over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
Serve with additional steak sauce if desired.
