I may not be a nutritionist but can assure you of the fact that this Southwest Rub recipe is Low Fat. Stock up on plenty of bags of cayenne as you will want to make this dish time and again. Dish would take only 20 minutes of your time. Dish is the one dish that anybody on Low Fat diet can have. Believe me, just try this Southwest Rub once, you'll love it.
Ingredients
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

SERVING
2. Use as desired.
3.Excess can be stored in refrigerator after packing in airtight containers. The rub remains fresh upto 3 months.
