I may not be a nutritionist but can assure you of the fact that this Southwest Rub recipe is Low Fat. Stock up on plenty of bags of cayenne as you will want to make this dish time and again. |Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Tablespoon|
1.In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
2. Use as desired.
3.Excess can be stored in refrigerator after packing in airtight containers. The rub remains fresh upto 3 months.
