Spicy Barbecue Rub

It is always nice to have a barbecue dry rub handy. For great tasting meat, the rub plays a very important role in getting in the right flavors and keeping it juicy and succulent. Make your own rub with this simple and easy recipe.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon (reduce quantity for less spicy)
  Crushed black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Run all the ingredients well in your blender so that you get a fine powder. This rub can be used for any meat of your choice.
