  Fresh ground black pepper 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Tablespoon (Or More)
  Coarse salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar/White sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

This will coat up to 6 lbs. Pork Ribs and 10 lbs. Pork Shoulder or Pork Roast.
