Rosemary Brussels Sprouts
|Frozen brussels sprouts||16 Ounce, drained (1 Package)|
|Rosemary||1⁄2 Tablespoon, finely minced|
|Low fat margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
Pat the sprouts dry and cut each in half.
In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, lowfat margarine, garlic salt and pepper.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the sprouts in the grill and spread the herb butter over the sprouts.
Grill the sprouts for 8-9 minutes.
As the herb butter melts, it will drip into the grilling tray.
To serve, spoon the sprouts into a bowl and pour the melted herb butter over them.
