Zucchini With Fresh Rosemary
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), sliced thin|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Zucchini||4 , sliced|
|Fresh rosemary/1/2 tea spoon dried whole rosemary||1 Teaspoon|
Saute the garlic in the oil, and add the zucchini.
Shake the pan to coat the squash with the oil.
Add the rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cover, and simmer gently until barely tender, about 6 minutes.
