Sole With Rosemary
|Sole fillets||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Rosemary/1 teaspoon dried rosemary||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)|
Place the sole in a baking dish so that the fish fits snugly.
Prepare a mixture of the olive oil, lemon juice, wine, parsley, and rosemary.
Mix the ingredients, and pour over the fish.
Add salt and pepper, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the fish barely begins to flake.
