Lasagna Rolls

  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Dry curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat lasagna noodles 8
  Spicy tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)

1. Cook spinach, drain off all excess water. Stir in cheeses. Set aside.
2. Cook lasagna noodles.
3. Spread spinach mixture evenly along the entire length of each noodle. Roll up noodle and place on its side in a nonstick 8 x 8 casserole. Do not let noodles touch.
4. Cover lasagna with Spicy Tomato Sauce. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
