Ham Rolls With Rice

Ham Rolls has a Delicious taste.The Lemon Juice and Light cream gives the Ham Rolls Miraculous taste.
Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken stock/Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, peeled and finely chopped
  Apple 1 Small, peeled, cored and chopped
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Light cream 4 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked ham 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped red pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked ham slice 8
  Lettuce 2
  Black olives 1 Tablespoon (Used For Garnishing)
  Canned pimiento 1 Tablespoon (Used For Garnishing)
Directions

Cook rice in 1 cup boiling stock or salted water with bay leaf in small saucepan 12 minutes; drain.
While still hot, stir in oil; make sure rice is well coated.
Heat butter in skillet.
Add onion and apple; cook 5 minutes.
Stir in curry powder; cook few minutes.
Remove from heat; add cream, lemon rind and juice, chopped ham, red pepper, and rice.
Set aside about 1 hour to chill.
Roll mixture in slices of ham; secure with cocktail stick or toothpick if necessary.
Arrange on bed of lettuce; garnish with olives and strips of pimiento.
More simply, put on platter; garnish with watercress.
Serve as appetizer or luncheon dish.
