Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), scalded
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Active dry yeast 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Prepare dough as for standard white bread, adding eggs after 3 cups of flour.
Knead until smooth and place in greased bowl; brush generously with melted shortening.
Cover; refrigerate.
When ready to use, remove amount of dough needed; immediately return remainder to refrigerator.
Form dough into desired shapes.
Place on greased baking sheets, brush with melted butter, cover and let rise in warm place about 2 hours.
Bake in 425°F.oven about 20 minutes.
