Chicken Croquettes With White Sauce

Ingredients
  Thick white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), minced
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
  Egg 1 (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine white sauce, chicken, and seasonings together
2.Now cool the mixture
3.Shape the mixture and roll in fine crumbs, then in egg and again in crumbs
4.In a frying pan, fry in hot deep fat for 3-5 minutes
SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
