Meat Croquettes

Ingredients
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Meat 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely ground and cooked
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, melt fat, add flour and blend
2.Now add milk and cook until mixture turns very thick
3.Keep stirring constantly
4.Now add meat, onion, seasonings and parsley
5.Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator
6.Once chilled completely, remove the mixture and form into cylinders, pyramids or patties
7.Dip them into crumbs, then into slightly beaten egg mixed with 2 tablespoons water and into crumbs again.
8.Chill it again
9.Fry in hot deep fat until brown

SERVING
10.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with slices of bread
