Boiled Ham Roll

Ingredients
  Cornflakes 3 Cup (48 tbs), crushed (or bran flakes)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ham 1 Pound, ground
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chili sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Mix all ingredients as for meat loaf.
Fill cloth sugar sack or muslin bag with ingredients, packing well.
Place on a rack in kettle; cover with boiling water.
Cover; cook slowly for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Chill.
Remove from bag and slice thin.
