Dainty Rolls

These dainty rolls are delicate and soft rolls that can be served with meals. Made with eggs, sugar and flour, and leavened with yeast, the dainty rolls are baked in the oven.
Ingredients
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Add salt, sugar and egg to the yeast mixture and mix.
Sift in 3 cups of the flour, mixing well.
Add 1/4 cup oil.
Mix in about 3 more cups flour.
Oil top and let rise in a warm room until double in size.
Knead until satiny, roll out about 1/4 inch thick, oil top and cut out as for biscuits.
Place in a shallow, well oiled pan after placing a pat of butter inside when folding over.
Let rise to double again.
Bake at 450° for 12 minutes.
To freeze, reduce baking time to 8 minutes.
When ready to serve, place rolls in oven and brown.
