Veal Cordon Bleu With Swiss Cheese

Try this delicious version of Veal Cordon Bleu recipe. I am sure, once you taste this Veal Cordon Bleu, you'll always love to share it with your friends and family!
Ingredients
  Veal cutlets 6
  Thin ham slices 6
  Thin swiss cheese slices 6
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Seasoned coating mix 1 Ounce (For Pork)
  Bacon slices 6
Directions

Pound veal until veal is 1/4 inch thick.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of meat.
Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks.
Dip veal rolls in egg, then coat with coating mix.
Wrap bacon around each roll and place in 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish.
Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave 9 to 12 minutes [SIMMERA, 18 to 22 minutes], Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes.
If desired, serve with a dollop of sour cream.
