Veal Cordon Bleu With Swiss Cheese
|Thin ham slices||6|
|Thin swiss cheese slices||6|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Seasoned coating mix||1 Ounce (For Pork)|
Pound veal until veal is 1/4 inch thick.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of meat.
Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks.
Dip veal rolls in egg, then coat with coating mix.
Wrap bacon around each roll and place in 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish.
Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave 9 to 12 minutes [SIMMERA, 18 to 22 minutes], Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes.
If desired, serve with a dollop of sour cream.
