Caramel Pecan Rolls
|Beaten batter rolls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed|
Heat butter, water, and sugar to melt sugar.
Put spoonful in each muffin pan (rubbed with Swift'ning).
Place three pecan halves in each pan.
Drop Beaten Batter by spoonfuls into pans.
Let rise in warm place until double in size (about 30 to 40 minutes).
Bake in a moderate oven.
Invert pan to remove rolls.
Baking temperature: 375Â° F.
Bake: About 20 minutes.
