Special Sandwich Rolls

Ingredients
  Flatbreads 4
  Mustard To Taste (Dusseldorf)
  Hard salami slices 8 , cut into thin strips
  Swiss cheese slices 4 , cut into thin strips
  Sweet onion 1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

Spread Pasta Flatbreads with mustard.
Divide salami, cheese, onion and lettuce onto half of each flatbread.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion.
Secure with wooden picks.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
Variations Fancy Foldovers: Place 2 tablespoons coleslaw and 3 very thin slices cooked ham on half of 1 Pasta Flatbread.
Fold other half over to make a sandwich.
Flatbread Tacos: Brown 1/2 pound hamburger.
Add 1/2 package taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons water.
Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat.
Spoon 2 tablespoons meat mixture onto half of 1 Pasta Flatbread.
Top with grated cheese, chopped tomato and chopped lettuce.
Fold other half of flatbread over.
Repeat for additional tacos.
Make-Your-Own Sandwiches: Have ready Pasta Flatbread, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, thin onion slices, variety of sliced meats, sliced lettuce, mustard, salad dressing or mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
The guests put their own sandwiches together on the folded flatbread.
Flatbread Italiano: Cook 4 Italian sausages.
In 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, saute' 1 sliced large green pepper and 1 sliced small onion.
Place 1 sausage on half of 1 Pasta Flatbread.
Top with 1/4 of the sauteed pepper and onion.
Fold other half over to form a sandwich.
Repeat for additional sandwiches.
Flatbread English Style: Place 2 thin slices roast beef, shredded lettuce, thin tomato slices and creamy horseradish on half of 1 Pasta Flatbread.
Fold other half over to make a sandwich.
