Ham And Pineapple Rolls
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Red bell pepper||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheez whiz||8 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Chopped cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft boiled eggs||5 (Not Too Runny)|
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Chop the pineapple chunks into smaller pieces.
Combine the pineapple, onion, bell peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, Cheez Whiz, ham and eggs in a bowl; mix well.
Spread over hamburger bun halves or rye bread slices.
Arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, being careful not to burn the buns.
Turn on the broiler for the last minute of heating to brown the tops slightly.
