Parsley Steak Rolls

Parsley steak rolls are filled or stuffed rolls prepared with round steak. The filling si prepared with mushrooms, onions, cheese and parsley seasoned with salt and pepper. Cooked in the oven, it is flavored with beef broth.
Ingredients
  Mushroom pieces 1 Can (10 oz)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Diced onion 1
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Dry parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Round steak 1 Large
  Beef broth 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place mushrooms, onion, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley over steak.
Roll into a large roll; fasten with string or heavy thread.
Brown in fat on all sides.
Drain off excess fat; cover with soup, thickened with cornstarch.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
