Round Steak Roll Ups

The round steak roll ups are prepaerd with round steaks filled with a stuffing mix. The mix is made with carrots onions and seasoned bread. Rolled and tied, the steak is cooked in a pan mushroom soup and flavored with worcestershire sauce and steak sauce.
Ingredients
  Round steak slices 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Carrots 2 Medium, quartered
  Green onions 8
  Dry seasoned bread stuffing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon, bottled
Directions

Cut steak into 4 rectangular pieces 1/4 inch thick.
Place carrots, 2 onions and 1/4 cup stuffing mix on each piece of meat.
Roll up; secure with toothpicks.
Mix together flour, salt and pepper; dredge meat in seasoned flour.
In skillet brown meat in hot fat.
Combine soup, water, Worcestershire and steak sauces; pour over meat in skillet.
Cover; simmer 1 hour until done.
May also be baked 1 hour at 350 degrees in covered 1 1/4-quart casserole.
