Breaded Veal Cutlets

|Veal round||2 Pound (0.5 To 0.75 Inch Thick)|
|Cornflake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||11 Ounce|
Cut veal in six pieces; season with salt and pepper.
Dip into crumbs.
Mix eggs with water; dip veal in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
Brown in hot fat; mix milk with soup.
Pour over veal.
Cover; bake in 300-degree oven 1 hour or until tender.
