Sausage Rolls

Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Sausage mince/Chicken mince 1 Kilogram
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Mixed herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  White bread slices 4 , crusts removed
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Puff pastry 500 Gram (Ready-Rolled)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large bowl mix sausage or chicken mince, onion, herbs and 2 eggs.
Place bread in a separate bowl and pour milk over.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes.
Add bread to mince.
Mix well.
Arrange filling in a long sausage shape along one edge of pastry.
Roll up.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cut into 4cm pieces.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 200°C
