|Sausage mince/Chicken mince||1 Kilogram|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Mixed herbs||1 Tablespoon|
|White bread slices||4 , crusts removed|
|Puff pastry||500 Gram (Ready-Rolled)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl mix sausage or chicken mince, onion, herbs and 2 eggs.
Place bread in a separate bowl and pour milk over.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes.
Add bread to mince.
Arrange filling in a long sausage shape along one edge of pastry.
Preheat oven to 200Â°C.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cut into 4cm pieces.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 200Â°C
