Veal Cutlets In White Wine (Cotolette Di Vitello In Vino Bianco)
|Bacon slices||2 , chopped|
|Dry white wine||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Coat the cutlets with the flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter or margarine and bacon in a frypan for two minutes.
Add the cutlets sprinkled with the sage and rosemary and brown on both sides.
Add the wine and a pinch of salt, cover and cook over a low heat for about 1/2 hour.
Turn the cutlets occasionally and baste with sauce
