Plum Spiced Lamb Cutlets

The plum spiced lamb cutlets are grilled lamb cutlets that can be served as a side or with pasta. Marinated with a mix of plum sauce, tomato sauce, honey, worcestershire sauce and mustard, the plum spiced lamb cutlets are savory and sweet. They are grilled with a sprinkling of sesame seeds. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Lamb cutlets 8
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Plum sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard powder 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds together in a bowl.
2.
Arrange cutlets in a shallow casserole dish.
3.
Pour marinade over; allow to stand for 30 minutes.
4.
Place cutlets on High Rack and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5.
GRILL for 12 minutes, turning over and basting halfway through cooking.
6.
Serve hot with pasta.
