|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dressing mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce, prepared|
|Stock/Milk / water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Round steak||4 Pound|
Cook vegetables in butter until soft.
Crumble and lightly brown sausage; add to dressing mix with enough liquid to moisten well.
Spread on steaks; roll and tie with a string.
Brush with 1/2 cup melted butter; wrap in foil.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
Pour sauce over roll.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes uncovered.
