Appetizer Lobster Rolls

Ingredients
  White bread slices 20 (Very Thinly Sliced, Firm-Textured)
  Cream cheese/Other mild-flavored process cheese 8 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned lobster/Crab, 4.5 ounce canned shrimp, rinsed, drained, and chopped 15 Ounce, rinsed, drained, cartilage removed, and broken into pieces
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim crusts from bread.
Roll the bread slices to flatten slightly.
In a saucepan heat and stir together cheese and the 2 tablespoons butter or margarine till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Add lobster, crab, or shrimp, and the parsley.
Spread about / tablespoon seafood mixture on each bread slice; roll up.
Melt the remaining 1/4 cup butter or margarine; brush over rolls.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cut rolls crosswise into thirds.
Place on baking sheet.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes or till golden.
