Cabbage Rolls In Beer
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Stalk celery||1 , minced|
|Parsley leaves||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Extra lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cabbage leaves||8 Large, boiled for 3 to 5 minutes|
|Beer||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Combine onion, celery, parsley, beef, rice, salt, and pepper.
Place 1/8 of this mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold the sides in toward the center and roll tightly.
Place in slow cooker.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over rolls.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Serve rolls with sauce ladled over each.
