|Extra lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Bread slices||3 , torn into crumbs|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Spinach leaves||20 Large, boiled for 2 to 3 minutes|
|Beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon (Margarine)|
Combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, and seasonings.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of this mixture on each spinach leaf.
Fold ends in toward center and roll tightly.
Place rolls in slow cooker.
Add broth and dot with butter.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
