Hank Steak Roll

Ingredients
  Beef flank steak 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried rosemary leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Dash
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Lightly score 1 side of beef flank steak in a 1 inch diamond pattern; reserve.Combine oil and garlic in 8 inch microwave safe dish.
Microwave at high 1 minute.
Add parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and allspice; mix well.
Spread mixture on unscored side of steak.
Roll up steak, jelly roll fashion, starting at long side.
Tie steak roll with string at 1/2 inch intervals.
Place, seam side down, in same dish; add water.
Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave at medium (50% power) 4 minutes.
Reduce power to medium-low (30% power).
Microwave 12 -14 minutes or to desired doneness, turning roll over and rotating dish 1/4 turn after 6 minutes.
Cover tightly; let stand 5 minutes.
Carve into 1/2 inch slices.
