Cheese And Beef Rolls
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Dried beef||2 1⁄2 Ounce, finely chopped|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Put cheese and onion through a food grinder or blender ( a little at a time).
Stir in dried beef, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.
Form into several rolls about 1/2 inch in diameter and 12 to 14 inches long.
Cut each roll into pieces about 4 to 5 inches long.
Place one cheese log in center of each cooked crepe.
Roll up and refrigerate until just before serving.
Place on broiler pan; brush with melted butter.
Broil until cheese bubbles.
Cut each crepe into 4 or 5 crosswise pieces.
