These Hearty Steak Roll Ups are awesome ! Try these Hearty Steak Roll Ups for a brunch or a light meal and tell me how you've enjoyed them !
Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3 , cooked and crumbled
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, coarsely chopped (Fresh Or Canned)
  Tomato 1 , peeled and chopped
  Parsley leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Fresh)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef steaks 16 Ounce, very thinly sliced beef round (4 Steaks Of 4 Ounce -Sandwich)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon, mixed with cold water to a smooth paste
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream/Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine filling ingredients.
Place steaks on a flat surface, season lightly with salt and pepper, and place 1/4 of the filling mixture on each.
Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, and fasten with string.
Brown rolls lightly in hot oil and place in slow cooker.
Add onion, tomato paste, and water.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Remove beef rolls to a warm platter.
Pour accumulated gravy into a saucepan, add flour water paste and bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in cream and serve at once over hot beef rolls.
