Ingredients
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ripe bananas 4 , cut into 1 inch cubes
  Flaked coconut/Toasted coconut 3 Tablespoon (For Rolling Banana's)
Directions

Mix sour cream with lemon juice and honey.
Coat banana cubes with sour cream mixture; roll bananas in coconut.
Serve on toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
