Butter Rolls

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Directions

Scald milk, and cool to lukewarm.
Pour into Bosch bowl, and add honey and yeast.
Let yeast activate.
Add eggs, salt, and flour.
Knead for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour.
Roll out into a large rectangle.
Spread with one third of the butter, fold over, and roll out again.
Repeat until all butter is used.
Roll out to 1/2inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on greased baking sheets, and let rise for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 minutes.
