Makes 434 lbs.
Ingredients
  Marshmallow creme 7 Ounce
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Confectioner's sugar 1 Pound
  Caramels 1 Pound (Light And Dark Combination)
  Chopped pecans 2 Pound
Directions

Add extracts to marshmallow creme and gradually knead in sugar.
Shape fondant into 4 to 6 1-inch diameter cylinders, wrap, and freeze solid.
Melt caramels in double boiler.
Dip frozen fondant cylinders in hot melted caramel.
Immediately roll in chopped nuts.
Cool.
Wrap and-tie with bright ribbons and give as Xmas gifts.
