Easy Shrimp Spring Rolls

Spring rolls are served in many part of Asia on the first day of spring, which also Asian's New Year. Here is an easy way to miniaturize them for all year-round appetizer.
Ingredients
  Red chili 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, cornstarch and chilies together, simmer over medium high heat until thicken. set aside to chill...Serve them with spring rolls..
