Potato Croquettes

Ingredients
  Mashed potato 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Add milk, salt, pepper, chopped onion and beaten egg-yolks to mashed potatoes.
Chill and then shape.
Fry in deep hot fat at 390° F. until brown on all sides.
