|Cooked brown rice/Millet, or buckwheat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Leftover cooked cereal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unrefined safflower oil||3 Tablespoon|
Mix rice, cereal, and salt and form into patties.
Dip in beaten egg and then whole wheat flour.
Fry in hot oil in skillet until crisp on the bottom.
Turn and fry on the other side.
Serve with tamari.
