|Canned salmon||15 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
|Dry bread crumbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
Place salmon in a colander, and rinse under cold rap water 1 minute; set colander aside to let salmon drain 1 minute.
Combine salmon, onion, egg, pepper, and hot sauce in a medium bowl; stir well.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions; shape each portion into a croquette.
Roll each in breadcrumbs.
Coat a medium skillet wrth cooking spray.
Add oil; place over medium heat until hot.
Add croquettes, and cook 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
