Bacon Meat Roll
|Ground beef||500 Gram|
|Soda crackers||250 Milliliter|
Place all the ingredients, except the bacon, in a bowl.
Mix well and form into a roll.
Set the slices of bacon side by side on a sheet of waxed paper.
Place the roll of meat in the middle of the bacon.
Using the waxed paper, bring the ends of the bacon slices on to the meat.
Repeat the process on the other side.
Form into one large roll, which is easy if you roll it slightly on a table, tightening it with the waxed paper.
Place the roll in an 8 X 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) microwave-safe dish.
Microwave at HIGH 11 to 12 minutes, until the bacon on top is well browned.
Remove from dish with a wide spatula.
Serve hot or cold.
