Chili Cheese Roll
|Processed cheese||16 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine process cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add garlic and pecans; mix well.
Divide mixture into 2 equal portions.
Shape each into an 8-inch log, and roll in chili powder.
Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Serve with crackers.
