Ingredients
  Whole wheat tortilla wrap 1 Large
  Natural peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Banana 1 Large
  Fat-free cheese slice/Regular cheese 50 Gram (2 slice)
Directions

MAKING
1. On a tray, place a tortilla wrap. Spread peanut butter evenly on it.
2. Peel banana skin and place it on tortilla. Add slices of cheese. Roll.

SERVING
3. Enjoy this high calorie tortilla wrap with a protein shake after a body building workout.
