Quick Party Rolls
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg custard mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Dissolve yeast in 1 1/4 cups warm water.
Stir in butter, salt and egg custard mix.
Add flour gradually, blending well.
Turn out on floured board; knead several times.
Roll out; cut into 24 rounds with biscuit cutter.
Fold over as for Parker House rolls.
Place on cookie sheet; cover and let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
