Frosted Braunschweiger Roll

Ingredients
  Braunschweiger 7 Pound
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Skin braunschweiger; mash with fork.
Beat in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Place on waxed paper; shape into 9-inch long roll.
Refrigerate until firm.
Remove paper; place on tray.
Frost entire surface with cream cheese, thinning cream cheese with small amount of milk if necessary.
Sprinkle top with parsley and paprika.
Serve with cocktail crackers.
