|Grape leaves||3 Dozen|
|Rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped parsley||To Taste|
|Chopped mint||To Taste|
|Sweet basil||1 Pinch|
|Canned tomatoes||5 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cut stems from leaves; soak leaves in enough boiling water to wilt.
Mix rice with beef.
Add parsley, green pepper, mint, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper; blend well.
Place small amount of mixture on grape leaf; roll leaf to cover mixture.
Place several leaves in pan to cover bottom.
Arrange rolls side by side in pan.
Press rolls down firmly; add water to cover.
Sprinkle small amount of lemon juice over rolls.
Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Serve with yogurt.
