Ham Pinwheels

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 12
  Fat free smoked ham slice 8 (Lunch Meat, 1 pack)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (1/2 of 8 ounce pack, with chives and onion)
  Dried dill weed 2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 2 (for garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Under running water, wash the spinach leaves
2) Drain off any excess water
3) Wrap the leaves onto layers of absorbent kitchen towels

MAKING
4) Place the leaves into the microwave and heat for about 60 seconds till wilted
5) Keep aside to cool, by unwrapping each leaf
5) Onto each cooled leaf, place a slice of ham and a tablespoon of cream cheese, sprinkle d with a little dill weed
6) Roll each leaf tightly and place into a plastic wrap
7) Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour
8) Using a sharp knife, slice the parcel

SERVING
9) Arrange onto a serving platter and sprinkle in more dill weed
